BARSTOOL BOUND
A musical, acrobatic production up close and personal.
Two acrobats and two musicians take over a bar. They pour the beer, entertain the regulars with songs and stories and in the meantime try to keep their relationships with one another on the rails as well as they can. Some of them are more successful at this than others. Gradually we see cracks emerge in the façades the characters throw up upon entering the bar. They drop the mask and their true nature comes to the fore. Barstool Bound is an acrobatic musical theatre production performed on location in pubs and bars throughout the Netherlands and beyond.
